Clubs may find it very useful


Unless its altered from last year All FA Charter standard clubs are automatically registered with Sport England as 'Clubmark' Accredited clubs.

Last year Sainsburys, and I think Tesco's, allowed junior football clubs who were recognised by Sport England and their NGB to join their 'Active Kids' Voucher programs.

We didn’t realise this until about half way through last years promotion. However we still managed to collect sufficient Sainsbury's vouchers to provide each team with 2No £15 mitre matchballs each.

In all I reckon we saved the club around £225 - £250 on retail prices. Hopefully this season, with us starting earlier, we will make even greater savings

As far as I know nothing has changed for this year.

Sainsburys start issuing vouchers on 15th Feb.

I am emailing to inform you that Crewe Alexandra FC will be hosting England Under-18s match against Poland on Wednesday 7th March 2012.


As a neighbouring county to Cheshire, each Staffordshire FA Affiliated Charter Standard Club is entitled to 25 free tickets to the game, which they can access by completing the attached Charter Standard form and returning it to bdyer@crewealex.net. In addition, any club or group of fans can access discount tickets by completing the Group Booking form and returning it to the same address. Please find attached Booking and Charter Standard forms promoting the best value tickets to the match.


In addition, I have attached electronic A5 fliers and A3 posters promoting the game for your distribution channels. I would be extremely grateful if you would help us to promote the game with your members.
